lighting schedule mishap

I was moving my cab and mistakenly moved the timer from auto to on..... notice the lights were on when i came home so they got approx 20 hours of light. am i screwed or what should i do?

also they are at day 51 of flower critcal yumbolt

Won't mean a thing. A week yes, a day no problem

but i turned it back to auto but the lgiht is scheduled to come on in two hours should i let it?

Unless you plan on changing day/night to night/day that may cause more stress then 30 hour day
