lighting questions?

:joint:how many shop lights will it take to veg a plant? cuz im kind of on a tight budget. how tall can i grow couple clone plant wit jus 1 shop light 4ft, and wit 4 2ft small shop lights? how many watts does it have to be? the 4ft one gives off 40watts per bulb and the little ones not to sure but i think 20watts per bulb.shud i get one more 4ft shop light and mayb 2 more little shop lights will be enough? :blsmoke:
 
You can grow them all the way out with that it's just not the best choice. They will grow slower in flowering phase. But heres the chart. Good luck
