Lighting question

Hi there fellow farmers just a quick question for you . Im currently running 250 watt blue spectram cfl for vegging. Would a 600 watt duel spectram sunmaster bulb be better do you think ? plants are 3 weeks old from clone looking at 2 more weeks till 12/12 flip looking for some extra growth before i flip any suggestions . Thanks.

i started running a my 400 watt hps along with my 250w cmh i like the results i get form having the full spectrum for the entire grow

More light is generally better, as long as heat is not an issue. Also, it depends on how many plants you have. 100 Watts per plant seems to be a somewhat accepted amount. If you have 2 plants, you're good to go with the 250W. 4 plants, a 400W, etc. Dual spectrum is the best way to go according to the experts.
