Lighting On A Budget - Help

the budget is between 50-100 dollars and i want to get the best possible lighting i can...one plant now but 3 more in pots waiting to sprout and possibly one or two more upon germination...any advice?

You can start the grow using CFLs or Flourescent tubes. Then you can save up for a HPS light for flowering.

There is a link for a $20 150w HPS floating around in the forum somewhere. Get a couple of those and buy yourself some mylar to make the most of the light available. Fans/ventilation are a must when using HPS/MH. Happy growing!
