lighting issues or ph- soil ?

I am having some difficulties trying to figure out where my problem is.. this is my first grow running Quantum boards I have two 132 boards in a 2x2. I've never had trouble in veg before and it seems like a whole host of new issues for me.. I'm not sure if I'm getting too much lighting. im running the boards at about 65 watts each at 35 inch away.. I have two clones and 2 seedlings the seedlings seem to be streeching to much.. but the Clones seem to be showing signs of heat stress and nitrogen toxicity although I haven't given them any nitrogen and my temperatures at plant level are 78 to 79 at most. Both clones and seedlings seem to be stunted or growing really slowly.. would I possibly have too much light in the 2x2 or is my soil and ph off.. I'm using nectar of the Gods soil number 4.. no nutes added yet.. thank you

That's a small tent and that is heat stress on one. Seedling stretching for light and not burned so your light is high enough.

If the seedlings stretching that tall should I get the light closer to it or turn it up a bit.. I'm becasuse one shows heat stress and one shows that needs more light. I'm unsure why it shows heat stress my Temps have never gotten into the 80s. Should I be concerned about the clawing on them.. thank you
