is it bad if i switch from 19/5 to 24/0 and change it back after 3 days? they are under CFLs if that makes a difference. and also is it a good idea to do this while they still are little sprouts (about a week and 2 days since they've been planted after germination)? does continuous light help grow faster? or does dark have its help in growth also?
