What kind of lighting do you think i need for my growbox? i have a single cfl putting out 2700 lumens right now and just started growing on mar.1st i wanted to upgrade to a 400 watt hps in time ofr flowering, but i wwas thinkking that might be too hot. my area is a ~4.5 foot tal cylinder about 2 feet diameter (Picture attached) Please give me your best oppinions.

HPS + cool tube. If you ever seens this before it could give you some ideas. Barrel Of Green
thanks, i got another one and i was thinkin about like cutting it down and putting it on top of the other one, then the top one would just house the lights and i could use the whole bottom barrel for growth and flowering, get some pretty tall plants.i just didnt know if hps would like be to hot for such a small place, i got a 400 watt hps bulb. but no ballast yet.

Fuck cool tubes...they cool the best but they have a shitty light coverage. Its better to stick with a aircooled hood. Way better light coverage.
