You really think? I'm going to cut the wholes for intake/exhaust, and plus I'm buying an aircooled hood.

maybe with an air cooled hood but i remember reading a thread about some one growing with a powerful hps a foot over the tops of the plants and they got burned. so if you use this (with out the cooled hood) your max height for the plants is >2.5 ft

have you thought about mabe a 250w hid? bghydro.com has them starting at ~$175 and for $10 extra you can get an electronic ballast and then run mh and hps

I just put a therm. in there to check, it honestly was really hot in there(around 85)...i mean im not surprised though because theres no ventilation yet. I also just added a little fan for now. Btw, is it best I leave dome on the clones at all times, or take it off once awhile to let them breath?

edit: I was looking at hydrofarm setups. http://www.hydrofarm.com/pb_detail.php?itemid=7685#
Ill check out the HID though.

and you have plants in that germinator thing still? id take the plants with leafs out of there and put them in solo cups atleast. depending on how many plants you end up with the 65w cfl and two more 23w+ cfls will do you just fine untill flowering

Should I trim the fried leaves? or if I leave it on the heater in the dark for the night will they replenish?

Hey could someone tell me whether I really damaged these clones or not? I feel like an idiot for taking the dome off.

I am building a grow box also, from scratch. the light I will use is a 150watt HPS. In that small of a space you really don't need a huge, powerful light, just good nutrients and reflective material. Here is the light I am going to buy soon.
