Lighting Dilemma

So I have 2 plants going right now, ones a clone thats ready to start flowering. And the other is a random bag seed plant that i've forced into flowering to determine the sex before I put the two together..

As of right now, my random bag seed plant is under 2 26-wat soft white CFL's in my bathroom closet on 12/12 (still waiting on sex), and my other clone is chillin in my veg cabinet under 4 26-wat 65k spectrum daylight bulbs with 24/7 lighting.

I have to go away for 7 days, and I wanted to start flowering both of them in the same light cycle (once I know for a fact that the bagseed plant is a female).

heres my dilemma...

I currently have my friends 4ft 4 fixture fluroescent grow light, as well as my dinky CFL setup

The 4footer only has two working tubes (1 daylight, 1 soft white - both 54 watts)

and my CFL setup is about 110 wats (4 bulbs)

My question is, which lighting arrangement would be most beneficial to my plants? the 2 different 54-watt tubes? or would 4 soft white CFL's be better?

its tricky the way I'm trying to set it up.. I can only really use one of the other due to heat / space restrictions..I just want to know whether the equal amount of both spectrums will affect the flowering? or just help?

I would say more powerful lights, anywhere from 300-1k watts, honestly I have no idea why 50 watts are even helping your plants grow at all
