lighting-blue/red spectrum question please help

I have 1 female plant that has been in flowering for 13 days i was told to use a blue and red spectrum in my lighting how do i properly use them and what type do i need i bought 1 blue spectrum bulb indoor plant light bulb 150 watt but 1 it emits way too much heat and 2 im using cfl's and the blue light dosent even seem like it lite the area any..can some one help me please...

your cfl prolly alredy has enough of the blue part of the spectrum now you need red light.

Their are many ways of doing this
1.use big red LED's. I did this and their so bright you could grow a plant with two depending on the size and power.
2. Use cfl's with a diff. Spectrum
walmart sells two spectrums.

Where to get big LEDs just go to google and search 1wat red led.
