Lighting and AC in my 12 by 12 flower room

I am in the process of setting up 12 by 12 sealed flower room with a growing area of 10 by 10. I already had a 1.5 ton mini split installed and am looking for some advice on lighting and AC. At first I was thinking 4 bare bulb 1000w but now Im thinking thats totally overkill. My mini split probably wont be able to keep up with that amount of lighting especially since I plan on enriching with a 4 burner CO2. Im now leaning toward 4 bare bulb 600w. 6 bare bulb 600w would be ideal but again, I don't think my mini split will keep up. I really should have got a 2 ton mini split..... what was I thinking? I guess I should also mention my ballasts will be located out side of the grow room and the only other equipment that will be running in the room will be a 450cfm fan scrubbing and a D hum. Also, I'm located in a place that rarely gets above 20 during the summer months. So, would you go with 4 bare bulb 1000w or 4 to 6 bare bulb 600w considering the size of my mini split and the climate I live in?
