Light white speckles on leave tops, possible sun burn?

Close ups show the white speckles on the leave tops, im thinking sun burn, maybe nute burn.. any ideas?

(Backstory)..This chem dog clone was left indoors under a weak light for a bit, later threw it outdoors and it got taken care of by the sun and sprinklers,
when I saw it could make it, finally started giving it some nutrients right before flowering began, now its week 3... havent grown in years.. how are these buds given the conditions?

Looks like ya got powdery mildew. And those spots could be mites. Your pics don't do any justice at all.

Yeah looks like mold and bugs to me too, how humid is it there?

Also look at thrip damage pictures. There are some similarities there too..

that mildew lookin ish was actually just dirt that got dried on the leaf along with some calcium when i sprayed the leaves in the heat, but YOURE RIGHT! haha the pics dont do justice, and i dont see any type of bug problem, i think it was the pictures, but the plant in week 5 seems to be doing well..
