Light suggestions

So I am on my third grow (ever) and still experiencing some issues. I am using a 180w roleandro led light in a grow box that is about 10 cubic ft. Or 3.12 square ft. It is recommended the light be 18" away from the tops of the plants but it's just not possible in the size box I have. What I would like to know from the rollitup community is what kind of light should I use to avoid light burn?? Is there one that is good for veg and flowering that plants can get close to without getting light burn?? Thanks!!
