Light Spectrum

right now i have 2 t8 blue spectrum lights on it i just got 2 clf with reflectors that are red spectrum i was wondering if it is bad to have both spectrums on the plant at the same time or if it is good for it someone please help

mixing specrtums will help not destroy my friend, think of a plant like a....HIPPY! "the pretty colors! WOOOOOO!" that kinda thing. haha. just no mercury vapor or infared light is all.

Your good, I always have just blue when I plant the germ seed. Once they pop the ground I'll go will most blue at 6,500k and one red around 3,500k. Remember they grow outside, the sun puts out all spectrum's trough out the day and they grow wild!
