Is it okay if light from... say a tv the light from that seeping into my closet through the cracks, would that effect my plant's sleepy time?

from my experience yes it will. Go to walmart andg et a black twin/queen sheet with a higher thread count and put it up on the inside of the closet. The black sheet absorbs the little bit of light from the tv and still lets air flow thru it.

Yes, you need to seal any light leaks getting into your dark room. you will harvest sooner etc... than if you had light leaks.. I saw a plant flower for over 3.5 months because the room was getting some extra light from the morning sun coming through a crack.

Well i found a big blanket, put it over the door... But as i'm looking at the door from the outside i can see the light through the blanket from the inside, will this work at all?

paranoid suckers. i grew mine in a closet that wouldnt close. all kinds of light was shining through the cracks.
you'll be allright if the light isnt stronger than moonlight

Lol aight, so i should be good without the blanket?

I grow in a closet also. I went out and bought some cheap thin weather striping and lined the door frame. It does the trick, but the bottom is the hardest, you can put some more thick weather striping down there if you have hardwood but if you have carpet like I do, just use a blanket to stuff under. This is all a pain in the ass so this should eventually motivate you to fab a more efficient op. I know I'm getting sick & tired of working around the light schedule. Its hard to be punctual when your always gettin high

i also just grew mine in the closet..i have a huge drum that i use for vegging and another flowering drum right next to it..1 plant is in its 4th week of flowering and she looks beautiful..frosty ass nugz... my point is that there is always somekind of light near my flowering area and there is no effect...but thats probably because the light doesnt directly hit it...TOO MUCH LIGHT DURING FLOWERING STAGE WILL CONFUSE AND SLOW DOWN GROWTH OF YOUR GIRLS........

Well really the only light that would be seeping through, is most likely from my computer and tv. I never turn my lights on, and blinds are always closed, seems dark in here in the day time... The only light is from my tv xD.

nothin should go wrong at all...

are you plants just sitting in your closet or did you make some sort of grow room?
