Hi all. I don't think anyone has asked this but is it possible to use a UVB 2.0 CFL juring Veg? I read and it says it helps with plant growth.

Also what UVB CFL rating is the best for flowering...

2.0 , 5.0 or 10.0 ?

alot of people ive seen use them on here , there 6500k duelspectrum so u cant really get better then that for a fluroscent tube.

1 - You miss read my question
2 - I'm not gonna be using tube lights only CFLs
3 - I was asking if UVB (Ultra Violet Bulb) CFL can be used in veg and flowering and if so what UVB rating is safe. 2.0 UVB, 5.0 UVB or 10.0 UVB
