Light proof but breathable

With summer I am still getting 92 F in the grow room from the light. What I am wondering is, is there a sort of material that is lightproof but breathable. That wont let light in but will let heat out. If I could get something like that Id be fine.

just put some fans in
it gets over 100 here on average and i keep my room around 80 - 85.

ive got fans i am just blowing hot air around a sealed room... its not helpin out

intake and exhaust?
well try putting frozen jugs in front of them to get cool air circulating.
