Was just checkin this website for more information as im currently in my first grow and i was looking how to get seeds, so i dont have to keep buying them risking getting them seized and.. its expensive. Has anyone tried the "Light Poisoning" method? If so does it work 100% of the time? How do you tell if its a female or a male when its gonna have seeds and buds?
For those who don't know about this method, your not gonna be able to answer me but so you can learn what it is i'll post it.
"During the first three weeks of flowering, turn the lights on for an hour during the middle of the dark period. That is, 12 hrs. on, 5.5 hrs. off, 1 hr. on, 5.5 hrs. off, and repeat for the first 3 weeks, after which you may return to the normal 12/12 light cycle. This causes a plant to go "hermie" and pollinate itself, as well as any other female in the room"
