Light kept on 24h during flowering

Today I came back to discover that my 250W HPS had been kept on straight for the past 3 days because the timer was not turned on properly. I am deep into flowering and the plants leaves look limp and are yellowing on the sides. What can I do to correct this damage?

Yea, if your a serious grower, and not just messing around, and want healthy plants and big yields, you have to check on things, like you have a baby in the next room.

Timers are tricky, especially the digital types.

Need to make sure everything is operating correctly again and again.

It dont take much to ruin a crop, Gotta be on top at all times.

Constant monitoring is the key to success.

Wish you the best. :)

Should I keep the light off for 24h to get the plant back to flowering or do you think this will risk making the plant a hermie?

leave it on till your back on track. you should be ok. youronly talking 3 day of light being on. they should go right back to being happy little girls.

holy shit!!! I JUST DID THE SAME THING...except it was only 5 hours...due to my stupid roommate for "accidentally" plugging the light straight into a socket after he moved it without askin me first. So should I just let the light turn on in 7 hours (cuz it was on an extra 5) or should i let it sit for 12? and then restart the schedule? i know i don't post much on here but its mainly because i am still learning and read posts every day...i;m a keep my mouth shut kinda learner and learn from others mistakes...like this one :) thanks and keep the green thumbs up!

eh, if there was any damage dangervt.. that's not reversable. What's done is done my friend..

good luck though.

and better luck next time.

I know this thread stopped a while ago and i know I’m a newb and all but i read ALOT of forums. I think what’s happing to your plant is its auto flowering. When you buy seeds or even shop on those European websites it says some of their seeds are auto flowering, meaning you have no control over when it going to glower so just embrace the flowering. I don’t see another reason for it to just start flowering outta nowhere. Hope it helps

Um, he already stated that it was a timer error, and that he was already deep into flowering. *scratches head*lol
