Light issue

I have 6 ak47 plants growing in one room the only problem is that i decided to put my mother plants n there on bloom they are at 3 and a harf ft look ammazeing more buds then ive ever seen but the plsnts below are still showing nugs but not much light is penatrateing the bottom do you think i could carry on budding if buds aint very big there on week 4 this sat.

Yes you can. Why don't you elevate the lower pots so that you have an even canopy and all the buds are near the same distance from the light?
