Light Height Adjustment Up/Down?

Ok I am setting up my grow tent but have run into an issue with my light. I have a maxsisun 600watt led timer light and it did come with something that can hookup the led to the top of my tent but it can not adjust so I am asking if anyone knows where I can get a cheap device that can make my light adjust up and down as far as I need it either way. Some type of pulley device that can lock? I am not sure exactly what I need but have come across something like it on ebay I think I just don't know what they are called. Thanks

How about using some of these...if the growing thing doesn't work out you will be all set to try deep sea fishing.
