Light/Grow spot

These are some picture of the light and the spot im putting my plant does it need to be widend or not would this lamp work or no?? sorry if picture are no good not my fault.

is that a bin?
take the foil out and use some panda film or mylar instead.
that light should work for a few weeks but then youd need more.

Well my plant has its first leaves already ii have it in that bing witht he light on i would like some suggestions on how toget my plant to stand up streaighter ive put popcicle sticks to hold it up :S its not working so great. :O

i did not see what size the light was, 150 to 250 W would be good for 1 to 4 plants if your, setup to keep all your light pointed at your plants. you need more of the soft light. pipper
