Not sure about the discolouration of the leaf along the rib, but the plant looks alright. If your worried about new growth being lighter, that's completely normal. Here a pic if my plant for a comparison. The older the leaves, the darker the leaves usually, unless it's began to cannibalize itself.

Yeah its just strange that its on one leaf could need some nitrogen maybe?

No I was wondering why you mixed soil and coco. Figured you ran out of soil to put in the pots.
