LOL cover it with something. outdoor growing indoors all year, I wonder how it well it would work with like 30 on the ceiling.

just grow all autos then no need to change light to 12/12. or when the fall comes have it ready to flower

Awesome, you missed an ingredient on your list though-sunlight. another thing i wonder is what they mean by 50-60w of light, watts is the electricity used, 60w of cfl isnt the same as 60w of hid or 60w of incandesent.
