You need a better light. A Metal Halide light wont do much when it comes to flowering your bud. You need an HPS bulb. They are going to veg nice though. I'd say about 3 or 4 plants with only a 400...maybe even 2 really big ones. In this business you're gonna have to spend some dough. At least on lights. I have yet to see a DIY guide on how to build light bulbs so try not to skimp on food and water and lights. You don't need co2 and tons of chemicals but you do need good light and clean pure water. I have no idea on how to mount a copper lighting fixture seems I have never used one. Use the reflector. It'd work better at reflecting then copper. Seems copper is a dark colored metal it shouldn't reflect very efficiently.

Well a MH CAN be used but you are going to get results far less then you could if you used a HPS bulb. I have seen the parking lot lights used but they usually have to be wired etc and are just sketchy all around.

Sell the light to someone and buy a real fixture so you don't start an electrical fire. Fire is bad.

Dude Kodank, I need that avatar... How do you get them to do movement instead of just a flat picture. I wouldn't use it on this forum since you have it but i'll use it on one of my others. When I save it as a pic its obviously only a pic, so any idea how to make it like yours... Sorry for going off topic (I hate when ppl do that on my posts lol my bad,) lmk thnx
