Light Cycle for Autos

Hey y'all, 'been growing a long time but not much experience with autos. Of course I know they flower automatically, but I need opinions on light.

Since they are autos, they'll be very small plants, Would it make sense to blast them with longer periods of light to get more yield? Like maybe even 24/0? That way, they veg a little bigger before they flower?

I've been running my autos 24 hours a day for the past year. I just went to 20/4 to cut back on heat for the summer.

I use 24 hours a day. They love the light.

i have heard many growers prefer 20/4

Mephisto the top auto breeders at the moment grow on 24 hours. Good enough for me than.

Not sure if they still do but back when their grow guide came out they said most of the time they run 24/0.

I know that mitch was pretty active of afn in the begging,but I dont remember what cycle he said that he is using .but again I got stoner brain..
