Light choice, efficiency, hopes and dreams, technicalities and optimum results

Hi lads! I was thinking about buying this light for my plants and I am not sure it is a good idea in terms of costs, efficiency, number of plants to grow under one of these, and the rest of questions I might have in this crazy detailed and confusing importance and complexity of grow lights for these sensible plants... I will post the pictures from the online market for you all to see and the details of it and I hope I will understand better if it is a good idea or not. Would appreciate if going into lengthy details and opinions.

better off with a single plant under a 70w sodium/metal halide light and pruning and grown under some chicken wire. spread the branches out so they fill the space under a 70 w with growing heads and flowering them under it
