So I was looking for some at the light bulbs on a couple of sights and they had so many different kinds. I am going to be using a 1k balast and I dont know what kind of bulb to get. It is going to to be a HPS/MH type. If you would be able to help me I would be greatfull

Thx

Depends on your ballast. If It's digital it will handle both MH and HPS.
Otherwise you'll need a specific ballast for either MH or HPS.
MH (metal halide) puts out light more in the blue spectrum which is ideal for veging.
HPS (high pressure sodium) puts out light in the red spectrum which is ideal for flowering.
Phillips Son-T-Agro globes are HPS with extra enhancement in the blue spectrum so a good choice.

And if you can't find this one, try Sonlight Agro. I personally find these types of HPS bulbs with extra blue spectrum to be really efficient and useful. Havn't used a MH in over 2 years now.

With a 150hps it wouldn't make sense to use anything but standard HPS bulbs. The cost difference for expensive bulbs would be better saved for more light.

With the 1kw as the op is talking about I also prefer to use just regular cheap bulbs, but I would do that so I could replace them every grow or every other grow at the most. The way bulbs loose light output it's better to have a cheap bulb changed more often than an expensive bulb changed less often. But, there would certainly be reasons to spend more every time if it means that much to you and pays you back in some way. (wink wink)

I usually just refer people to 1000bulbs.com. If the prices don't look good make sure you aren't looking at the price of a case of bulbs thinking it's a single.

On the subject of which expensive bulb. Eye Hortilux seems popular with those that use the expensive ones. Be careful there with some others and compare the lumens. Some add a blue halide part that sucks the life out of the total lumen output and I seriously doubt the effectiveness of that idea. If you're looking at one that has 95k total lumens that sounds worse to me than the cheapest bulb on the market which puts out over 120k and some better bulbs go all the way near 150k. Don't cheat yourself out of lumens.
