Okay....well. Some new, blacker spots have appeared on the original leaf. I cut it, in case it's some sort of fungus. Also, hoping it will make it easier for one of you to identify. I've noticed that the plant is starting to look droopy. Leaves look like it hasn't been watered in a while. They are lush and green and TONS of new growth, but the leaves are hanging down and droopy.
