Life after lockup, anyone see it last week or the repeat of it this week?

I saw it and i was shocked and very disappointed. Ray slagle was the one that really got me, i was sure even though they had updated about how he broke his back and it was very serious, that he was gonna come right back from it and do very well as he had been doing, when i saw the show it was almost heartbreaking i felt so bad for him. I was sure out of all of the ones i'd ever seen on lockup he could deal with almost anything and do well. seeing him unemployed b/c of his injury and miserable and about to be kicked out of his house was saddening.
The other one of the guy who helped kill his dad was shocking as well, that motherfucker had half his face cut off.(i know his name but i cant figure out how to spell it) his positive attitude was nice, but my god, how much can one man overcome? and then to find out he was just out riding a bicycle and it did not involve anyone else or anything, he just lost his balance for the most part, was shocking too.
It's interesting to see roy slagles new love of china dishes, i was expecting him to be the one to mess up out of him and ray, not that im not happy to see roy doing good.
That girl who married ronnie tie(however you spell it) not meaning anything to him did not surprise me, i was hoping it was real but i figured it wasnt. that girl is, for lack of better words, dumb as hell, she just got fucked over by ronnie and then goes and hooks up with his brother who she never actually met who's in prison(and who's name she altered her tatoo to say).......some people dont learn i guess.

yah.. that shit had me depressed to.. fucker landed back in jail.. after all of the shit he and his brother had gone through..
i kinda think he did it cuz he lost his job after breaking his back and whatnot, but that shit still got me down.. i'm a lockup addict.. watching it atm right now.. i love the gay boy gangster episode that is on right now..

i had kinda missed that part with ronnie and that blone chic dark. i did see the episode where they got married. non contact visit and all.. unbelievable what some girls will do to get married..
what did ronnie do to her??
and did you see the one where the guy did his time, got out, was living in a halfway house, and was doing great.. working at a job making some kind of plastic tubes or some crap.. than he went to a casino in the county next to his on the same night that a couple of prisoners tried to escape and he ended up getting arrested because they thought he was trying to help them out, and when they found out he had nothing to do with it, they still threw him back in for going out of his county without asking first?? that shit was wayy depresiing.. i thought that you could leave your county, just not your state.. the show gets me down somethimes, but i love it ..

i thought demon was kind of cool, i liked the way he said "thats punk rock!" whenever he really liked something. it was also a bit funny seeing wicked all being a drama queen over little things and the way he obviously knew the prison would not allow them to be cellies but then he says "dont worry, hopefully they will....." and was gonna finish saying "tommorow" and then completely started over and said he knew for sure the guy would be moving in w/him tommorow. I was that watching pushing the limits earlier and i gotta say, snake is fucking awesome, i love how pissed off he gets, always makes me laugh.

i kinda feel bad for her but at the same time when i see she's now dating ronnies brother who she had never met and is in prison i feel a little less bad, she's setting herself up once again but then again she probably doesnt see it clearly, i dont mean it in a bad way but she must be really desperate.
When i heard about how he was sent back i was kinda shocked too. He was doing great and all and made one little stupid fuck up but even after all his progress and that stuff he was sent back, i mean wtf is that shit, make him stay in jail for a few days maybe but sending him back to prison over it? it boggled my mind as well.

lol.. yah, he reminded me today of the guy from cape fear when he was out in the yard after throwing the fence post at his cell window.. he was saying something like.. i'll show you how fucked up i can get.. or something a long those lines.. it was classic, him in his hicky voice and shit..
i love the dude up in alaska that has a bald head and he told the story of how he killed his celly after he bragged about how he killed his mother.. he was all strangling him and shit, and told him to go say hi to momma for me.. some of those dudes are fucking hardcore, no doubt..
like that dude who calls himself the phantom.. he was in for killing people and he also used to kidnap college kids and hold them for ransom.. that dude was great.. he said he enjoys hurting people.. that guy is a fucking house..
and please, remind me to stay out of maricopa county in az.. i have no desire to live in no damn tent city out in the middle of the desert in the summer..

i know right.. it makes you wonder what the point of getting out and trying to do good is if their just going to jump all over you for one small fuckup like going out of town..

oh snap.. you know who else got me down?? that big heavy set spanish dude from new mexico who had done like 3o years or something, and than he got told he had to make up like 80 days that they gave him credit for that they shouldn't have.. dud finally gets out, and didn't even make it one night in freedomville.. he just walked out of the halfway house, and got picked up like a mile from the prison at some gas station..
talk about being institutionalized.. fuck me..

yah.. cook county is the biggest county jail in the country.. they even have their own show just for that jail.. and another one where these two cops go in and flip people and get them out and turn them into ci's.. i don't really dig that show as much as lock up though tbh..

i just remembered 2 of my favorite, that guy in alaska who called himself a marshmallow, mainly because of "well, i was trying to get his eyeball to pop out of the socket but i was having technical problems and it wasnt working, not because of a lack of effort on my part, i was giving it the good old college try". the other is that guy in scotland, "lock me up and i'll burn my peter". he was very honest about himself and his drinking. and how he'll stab anyone who messes with him.

yah.. the lockup abroad one was way off the hook.. and i remember that dude your talking about from scotland.. he was an older guy.. i like the other guy from that episode who's brother od'ed, so he went and turtored the guys who sold him the drugs.. he was telling his story, when a guard leaned over and told him he better shut up as everyone in scotland has a chance to get out on parole, and if he were to reveal too many details about his case, he may not get out.. crazyyyy..
and yah, the marshmellow guy was great too.. he had that crazy tatt on his face and shit.. he was good..

and damn chitown.. i was just watching an episode on sector nine in cook county.. its the one sector for mostly all gang members and people who were caught making weapons in jail.. they were interviewing this one spanish guy who was doing time while trying to overturn his murder conviction.. don't remember his name at this time... think maybe his first name was angel though..
and here i had thought that camden county jail was off the hook, its got nothing on cook county, that's for sure..

I will agree to an extent assuming your also including prisons when you say jail, but their was that one guy who on purpose stopped himself from being paroled by "altering a drug screen" when he was clean and would of passed who said he prefered it there and it had become his home b/c he had absolutely nothing on the outside.

yeah, ive watched each episode probably 3-4 times, alot more on some of them. for the most part its all i watch on friday and saturday nights. I also have realized that while lockup is a great show, alot of the offenders admit alot of stuff, do they really think that none of the c.o.'s and/or the warden are going to watch the episodes(its about the place where they work and get to see if/how much they are featured in the episodes, i know i'd want to watch something like that). So some of the lives we are seeing are totally destroyed in the process of being shown and are no longer what they were before lockup showed up. like tye(may be spelled wrong) down in alabama, he was always smoking or talking about smoking or about how he was gonna pass the piss test for marijuana by drinking a bunch of water and was going to smoke one right after the test.

phantom has stuck with me too, it takes balls to do something like that repeatedly and not get caught until the final one where he was caught so he slit the guys throat, i think she may have actually given him something to think about when she pushed about how here he was doing all this bad stuff to support his family, mainly his kids, and how the college student who he killed was someones child too, it seemed to me it did kind of hit him and he finally saw it, for a moment at least, then he said about how he guesses he must just be a bad guy. i dont think phantom says i guess i just like hurting people precisely, i think your talking about a guy who was very similar to him who said it. i think the guy who killed his celly and tried to decapitate him w/ dental floss was the one who said it.
That makes me think about the guy who was in on robbery murder charges so he decided to do a political hit since he was gonna be going into prison for life anyway who was found not guilty on the original charges. He was pretty interesting and the story of the missing eyeball and how he tells the story is pretty funny.

another really good msnbc show is on right now, vegas undercover, its hosted by chris from to catch a predator, who's one of my favorite people on tv. but i gotta go to work, anyone else watched the series? its where the cops set up the fake fencing operation.
