Letter from pacific gas and electric

Hi everybody,
I am a new indoor grower for personal use. Mys setup is a 4x4 tent, hlg 550, a fan, small floor heater and a 6 in inline fan for ventilation.
So today I received a letter stating I used more than 4 times my baseline amount for electricity.
My question is has anyone gotten a letter like this and if so what did u do to lower your electric usages.

Yes I am kinda considering flipping my plants early to reduce energy use.

Sure, i have gotten one. Its an efficiency notice. They send them out twice a year here. Mine actually compares my usage to all other homes of similiar size in the area.

That small floor heater is likely the cause of the most electric usage.

You arent using wattage levels that would draw any real attention.

still kinda weird I have solar on my house and my bills are still 25-35 a month

Yup my welder runs my electric through the roof, and my wife decorates house 2 months before Christmas like the fuckin griswalts

The letter isnt asking for a response. It is just a "helpful" letter about efficiency. My usage is far worse in the summer with 5 ac's going, and no indoor plants going. Barely any insulation in my new place... its on the list of improvements.

Just ignore it. It's nothing to worry about. Just them doing what they can do try to do a little virtue signalling, gotta look green even if your business is burning fossil fuels to produce power, is 2020 after all.

Check the power consumption on your heater. I bet that's the culprit.

Yep, most heaters use a lot more than ppl think. The one in my flower tent pulls 10a pretty constantly.

Ive got 1 AC and no insulation. Oh yea, the unit is under sized so it sweats a pig. Summer time blows a fat dick #ImARenter
