Let's see how (ideally oregon) people feel about Prop 91 shall we?

How will you vote on proposition 91? (where yes = legalize, no = keep things as they are)

  • Yes (or even HELL YES!)

    Votes: 12 92.3%
  • No (or even HELL NO!)

    Votes: 1 7.7%

Why vote no? you were joking, right?
There is going to be alot of people that smoke that still vote no I guarantee it. Thats why Cali didn't legalize a few years back. I've read so many posts on here over the last 6 years about people voting down legalization. Some do it because they don't agree with the bill, or some part of it. Others do it plainly for greed because they don't want to face commercial competition. I don't live in a state that has voted so I can't say alot on it. I will say that if the bill was infact crap I wouldn't vote for it, but that nothing is gonna be perfect the way I see it so a step in the right direction is great.

The measure looks to be wrote fairly well and I hope that this will pass.

Sorry, I didn't see this post til today (been working WAY too much), but I was a yes, so was boyfriend. After looking at the election results tonight, I guess most folks do think it's time to be legal, even with a ballot measure that's not perfect. I'm optimistic (aka "pie in the sky") that we'll be able to work out the kinks as it rolls along, and I hope other states will follow.

Come on Alaska and D.C.! I"m rooting for you!

nope I wasn't.. not time to be legal yet.. no greed here.
In the end however, you will just say fuck it, like I have, as I as well, have been against many points in the Measure, but its done and passed, which I always wanted.

Now the conversation gets more interesting because all the bullcrap the measure's sponsor's slanged'.....is going to stand up over the next 18 months under the hands of the OLCC....my prediction: Is a different outcome than the measure was/is portrayed, simply because it was so ambiguous.....hopefully we can all pull together and not hoodwink us more....thru Public forums...

Section 7, gives ambiguous wording of medical control to OLCC. Read it and tell me what your interpretation is...scary larry....did anyone read thru the measure and highlight, what they thought was fucked up?

Governments are disease. Plain and simple, thank the higher power you believe in, for HOMEGROWZ!
