So last summer I ran 1 single Easy Bud Auto from Royal Queen, I had 2 crappy standard energy saving CFL's 25 watts or something lots of lumens and on the white spec. She was in the light some days for about 12 to 18 hours, not strict about it. Some days she got no lights just the window. She was moved from corner to corner around my living quarters and she only drank tap water that I did leave sitting for a while to allow the chlorine to escape. I did not use any ph testing kits, i had no fancy fan, I had no carbon supplements like pressurized soda or whatever the temps in my place are never lower than 21 degrees centigrade. I gave her no supplements, no additives, grew her in stanndard run of the mill potting garden compost with lime in it and charcoal.
The Result:
She vegged for about 3 weeks.
Started flowering around end of week 3. (Top Cola Bud)
Was around 20 inches tall with a main stalk as skinny and stretched as the tallest man in the world.
Around week 5 the top bud trichs were turning amber and the leaves surrounding it were nice and white frosty.
Around Week 6 there were 2 or 3 more bud nuggets beginning to emerge.
At the End of Week 6 the police came to my door to investigate some incident nothing to do with weed growing.
2 hours later I got paranoid, chopped mary down.
2 weeks later I got 2 joints, smelling like weed, tasted like weed, gave me a headache but I was stoned.
So my point,
I was relaxed about my grow, wanted to experiment growing without giving much care about it and with little resources.
Th outcome, well apart from the police cutting us short if she did keep growing she would of been fine. From what I mention above I guess that is a surprisingly good result for something grown with so little care. I thought mary was supposed to be hard to grow? hehe!! Well not the Easy Bud auto, she really does not give much of a shit and is pretty hardy lady.
