I got rid of my old computer desk and decided to keep one of the corner shelves and convert it into a micro cab also ,

Dimensions are

28" height

15" deep

19" width

But after i install light , exhaust , intake , its gonna take away from those specs

Im not exactly sure on how i will use it yet , like veggin only then move to my other cab to flower , or just do whole micro grows in their or what

But the lights will be cfl`s , i have some to work with but when i get the extra money im thinking about throwing some tubes on the sides

I had to replace the back cuz it had all type of holes in it , but i have a solid piece on their now that i can make my own holes where i want them ,

This is not gonna replace my main micro cab which is alot bigger , im just building this cab out of boredom really , just something to fuck around with lol

I had to put a wooden stake along the top cuz their was a lip which made it bow in the center

I could finish it today but idk , im not in a rush , just bored , plus im about to go out of town for a few days

Well here is the start of it anyway , pics not the best sorry

Well their is really not much to do to this besides put a door on and put a light in

I have some diamond sheet left over that i can use for reflectiveness

I wont put the fans in until after i put a door on and the diamond sheet on

Idk when i will be able to put a door on though , i have hinges just not the wood i need now

But im not in no hurry

Just make sure you paint the inside seals its up and makes it easier to clean down cant wait till you get both up and running. What are your plans?

Thanks my man

Their slowly coming along , ( slowly ) but their coming

Their growth is about to slow up even more now

My fiance mom came in from england and she is gonna be down here this week visiting her

So i had to take my cab out to my building today , its fucking cold at night now so i flipped the 12/12 cycle to run during the night so the light can help keep it warm

I just went out a few mins ago and checked the temps and it was 55 degrees so i unplugged all the fans , both intake and exhaust , but i left the fan on that is mounted to the reflected ,

So hopefully the temps will go back up some , i will go back out and check the temps again before i go to bed and i will unplug that fan on the reflector if the temps are not up , but hopefully they will be

I know it will get colder through out the night but theirs nothing i can do

She will be leaving friday mourning so i will bring my cab back in friday , i just hope these 6 nights dont cause to much harm

Im not worried about frost since the light will be on , i know it wont get that cold in their lol , im thinking her growth will just slow down some but idk , just got to wait and see

Ok ,

i just came in from checking the temps and they went back up to 76 degrees ( yippie ) lol

It was about 11pm when i checked and i know that the night gets colder in the early mourning hours of the night but they should be fine ,

I dont see them getting no lower then maybe mid 60s

But in all their gonna be fine these 6 nights

For me im glad when it gets cold. The coldest ive had my cab is like 70 flat. usually its right around 80... I think it would be easier to heat a room than to cool it but thats just me

It is easier to heat it then cool it

i had to my cab out in my building yesterday and its just a shitty metal building , not insulated or anything

Temp was 54 degrees in my cab , but i cut the exhaust and intake fans off and it let the temps go back up to 76

Its only going to be in their till friday but i still dont like that its out their

here is a pic of the shitty building lol

Hey a bathroom vanity light with y socket adapters plus that ducting would be nice that mounter to a board and you could hang the light and be able to move it up and down where is this light going?

Those light sockets were only $1.50 , didn't think about those bathroom lights but to late now lol , plus it probably would have cost more

Right now im having a hard time deciding to mount the fixtures on the inside of the ducting or cut holes and drop em through the top

Im gonna put little eye bolts on the ends so i can raise them up and down

Its gonna go in this when its all done my man

I still have not made the door yet , right now im thinking about using a think fabric and run velcro around it

Glad to see you around my man

could just cut holes in the ducting to fit the entire socket then mount the sockets and then the ducting over it? Im not sure...

If i cut holes they would just be big enough for the bottom part of the sockets to go through with the bigger part of the base on top

If i cut holes for the whole socket i wont have nothing to mount them to ,

Here is example of what i mean by cutting holes and feeding through the top ,

But or should i mount them on the inside and just have a place for the power cord to go through ?
