The Bohdi Tree of Life arrived today Will be starting one in about a week....hope it's a female.

Hey everyone, here's a quick pic of the garden. The cup girl isn't happy after getting her tops fried on the light, but it is still relatively early in flower so hopefully the she can mostly recover. All four of the main tops got burned, 2 pretty badly...it sucks. I was really hoping for good things from her in this comp. The C99 is still trucking along, getting bigger every day

The Grinspoon is turning into a beast: Lots of branches and she is definitely going to be a tall one....I will probably have to start bending branches soon, but I still have to figure out a general plan for which way to send them. I have another Ghost Train Haze #1 coming into the flower tent next week, so I have to keep room for her.

The Bohdi Tree of Life is in the dirt, and in the veg tent I sure hope it's a female!!

Didn't know you burnt a few tops..yikes. Still looks like a contender though, lots of budsites left, tops should recover..

Yeah man, it was worse than I initially hoped as well. I hope so, but at this point I think she won't be winning any beauty contests, hah!

I wanted to take a minute to comment on the Launch Box. I've been using it for a few days now and I like it a lot. It gets a little hot at the end and could possibly ignite your greens if you hold the heat on for too long, but I can get decent rips and I am stoned, so it must be working.... lol. Only a few complaints: the batteries suck. Seems like I only get two bowls/trenches or less. Idk, maybe my weed doesn't like the Launch Box. Also, this thing is delicate. I can already tell that I'm going to break it soon...not on purpose, but some sort of stupid shit will happen, haha. I give it a week

My biggest problem with the launch box (never owned one myself) has been the fact that it's designed around NiMH batteries. My second issue is what you've noticed, it can ignite the weed. It has no temperature control. Another issue is the shape of the screen is not generic, so it's hard to find replacements for. My WISPR (which I probably wouldn't recommend either due to a butane valve clogging), fits standard screen sizes that I already happen to have a few hundred of, so I replace the screen frequently..

Idk what kind of dried out schwag I'm supposed to be putting in this thing, but my weed is so resin-covered that it's sticky even if you dry it out for weeks. Can't ever get a good bowl. Batteries are still shit. Fuck this thing. Final Grade D-. Anyone that raves about the Launch Box just doesn't know what they're talking about.

I'm firing this piece of shit. If anyone reads this that is a heavy, regular smoker, the Launch Box is not for you. If you are a bearded, PBR drinking type of guy, then I guess the wood box will be neat for you, but will lack the functionality to get you stoned....but you don't care, you're in it for the look anyway.

They can be connected to a water source like a faucet with a pressure reducer that is sold for blumat tropfs, but I'm just using a reservoir (1gal jugs).

The C99 is really frosting up nicely...I'll start to put up some frosty shots soon The Grinspoon is a beast...I already bent the tallest branch....I hope she doesn't force me to take the rose bush out of there......12 weeks of flower....should be done around the end of July I think

Seems like you were right, the tops look like they are growing past the damage Here's one of the originally worse-off tops:

That pic gives you better idea of how extensive the damage was.....she'd be a pretty nice plant if I hadn't messed her up. But I guess that's part of the fun/difficulty of the cup comp...

That would be cool....plus all those nasty, damaged leaves will be gone- I might trim them to make her prettier in the next week or so. I was holding off on doing anything to her out of fear of hurting the plant even more.

Here's a quick update on the garden I keep having to bend/supercrop branches on the Dr. She's really out of control, haha. The cup girl keeps getting bigger and bigger-it looks like I will be supporting her tops soon because she's getting 'wide' haha. The C99 is frosting up and looking tasty. I got a pic of the whole garden, and a pic of a cat hair with some C99:
