Okay guys let me explain my set up really quick to make sure that isn't a problem. I have an old t.v cabinet that I am currently using to start my plants. It is about 2' x 3'. I have it covered in white plastic bags. There is a 3" fan in there blowing. I have a 250w HPS light hanging from the top.

I germinated some seeds and got about 30 that went crazy so i planted them all. these pics are from day two. I also have two other plants my buddy planted about a week ago that i took into my care.

I am misting them like crazy. every hour or so i mist them pretty hard. half a spray bottle in one day. I am using tap water that i let sit for 24 hours.

You should slow down on the misting. In fact, don't mist at all. Just water them when the soil gets dry.

You shouldn't plant them in the same pot. Their roots will become entwined and when you try to separate them, you'll damage their roots and severely stress or kill them.

Put a thermometer in the grow box so you can make sure it doesn't get too hot.

The pictures are tiny. Try to upload larger pics next time.

No, do not water every few hours. Seedlings need moist soil, but they do not swim. If you continue to mist them you are doing nothing for the developing root systems and risk burning the leaves. You should not grow 30 seedlings in one container. Root tangles are bound to happen. 24/0 is a good light schedule for seedlings. One fan to move the air around should be fine. Also, watch the distance on the light from the top of the seedlings. Too far away and they will stretch like crazy - too close and they will burn & wilt.

This morning I watered the little seedlings. I am using tap water that I let sit for 24+ hours. I bought a 15" fan that is now blowing into the cabinet. I also added the Virogo Plant food into the mix and will add every seven days. The lights are now off the 24/0 cycle and now is on 18/6 because i cant sleep at night haha. does that sound good to you guys? Anything i missed or i should change let me know. There are 10 leaves now on my one baby.

I am also setting up the bigger grow room that I will have soon. Do i need to paint the walls white?

also the temp in the room is btwn 79 and 80.7 The humidity is 40%-50%

You already added plant food? You should not do this until week 3 or 4 and you add a diluted amount.

let the soil dry out before watering roots need some airflow to keep from rotting push your finger into the soil about 1/4 to 1/2 an inche if its moist wait another day

Last night when the lights went out i closed the cabinet doors and turned out the lights. The lights turned on a good bit before I woke up so I didnt have a chance to open the doors right away...when i finally opened the doors it was 103 degrees F in there with 33% humidity. The doors have been open for 10 minutes now and it is back down to 80 degrees. all the leaves are like pointed up. I think i am about to water them

for vegging get some nutes with high N like N should be eqaul to or more then P+K follow the directons on the box

As far as flowering iv tried alot but the one im using atm and dont laugh is Miracle Grow Bloom booster. its like 4$ for enough to fill couple hundred gallons of water.

You need to get a fan asap even like a 4$ one from the dollar store will do just something to circulate untill u can set up a intake/out venting system 103degress is like 25 degress to hot for ideal temps and can kill them in a matter of hours.

Okay so today was a good day in the grow room...I changed from the cabinet to the closet. I put up mylar up today. I measured the waters ph and it was 7.5 so I lowered it to about 6. I got a air filter to bubble in the water. The lights are on 18/6 and the temp in the room is about 83F and 44% Humidity. Now in the dark it is 78.6F and 47% Humidity and this is 2 hours and 20 minutes after the lights are off. I watered them pretty good today so I am probly going to water them later today or the next day.

HaHa no test but today i noticed my seedlings leaves have gotten pretty big! Also bad ass plant has got some new growth as well. The room gets kinda hot though. I came home today and the temp was 87.1F and 42% Humidity. I have 2 fans in the room but i guess i need an exhaust fan.

Question: Where do I put the other end of the hose for the exhaust fan if I am in an apt complex? Add more and bigger fans?
