less light for a day on indoor grow?

Ok well i was in the process of making my new bigger box for my plant and was planing on having it ready ina couple hours. I got a call and have to work for the next 8 hours it has already been without light or very little light for 3 hours. Will having less light for one day be a big problem? normal schedule is 18/6.

just make sure its not in complete darkness if their is a light brighter then the moon on it it will be fine for the day
