lemon tasting weed

If i were to squeeze some lemon juice on my weed and then let it absorb the lemon juice and then let it dry it back to its original state would it make it taste lemony when smoked and is there any negative things that could happen to my weed?

i think the effect would be negitive.
but try it on a bud or 2 and see for your self

LOL... I have no idea as I've never heard of this being done. Honestly my gut instinct tells me the acidic juice being squeezed directly on the buds is going to do more harm then good.

What I HAVE heard people do is put a lemon (or orange) peel inside a glass jar during the cure process.

If you REALLY have your heart set on trying this and your bud is already dry then I'd suggest a light mist with water... then put the bud in a glass jar with lemon peel. Keep the bud in there for a few days... opening the jar a few times a day to let fresh air in.


I'd also only try this with a few small buds at first to be sure you like the result before you do this to all your weed.

i have some lemon kush curing and i was going to add a lemon peel for a few hrs at a time to see what it does. i dont know if i would but lemon juice right on the bud. the light misting of lemon juice diluted with water may work??

Lemon juice is citric acid!

i use squeezed lemon juice to lower the PH of my water (only for the final flush thou, because it's not a good buffer it wont hold a stable PH value for a long time) and only needed about 13 drops to lower the PH from 8,5 to 6,3 in a 10 liters container, so what i mean is that pure lemon juice into the plants is probably not a good idea! I never tested the PH of lemon juice, but i bet it will round PH of 1 or 2 (very acidic = not good)

if u want a smoke something with a citrus twist , try some Diesel strains (NYC diesel for example) there are many others for sure

but if in name of the science u are disposed to try it be my guest, and please report back what's your results!!

yea man, i use to get some lemon haze from a friend of mine, he use to cure with lemon peels, smelled amazing and the taste was one of a kind

I'd be afraid of mold, or bugs being drawn to the lemon juice.

I wouldn't recommend it, but if you do try it, we'd like to know how it went.

dont put lemon juice on your buds......stick a small piece of lemon peel into the jar while your curing to give it a lemon smell and taste....just keep switching the peel when it dries..dont let it sit in there for to long or it will mold....
