Yea... I've got 4-42 watt (150 eq.) & 4-23 watt (100 eq.) and two double tube flouros with GE Kitchen and Bath. However, the flouro tubes are situated vertically next to the sativa. So the white rhino and lemon skunk have been grown with only cfl's.
With the correct reflectors I seem to be getting really good bud growth, especially since I took someone's advice and put most of the cfl's on the sides of the plants.

Not overpowering, smells just like the name...skunky with a hint O' the citrus!
The white rhino is the stinker. Pure mint! Reminds me of some Hawaiian we got back in the 70's.
