Legends Ultimate Indica Harvesting Woes

We have an LUI (Legends Ultimate Indica) plant that we received back in May. (We were fortunate enough to find someone with a clone). She was outside all summer, but we had to keep moving her. She started flowering very early (we hid her in a too shady spot), but we moved her and she reverted back to the vegetative state. Then she didn't start flowering until September, which was a huge problem due to cold nights where we are. After her first few 40 degree nights in October, she started turning purple (poor thing!). Anyway, we brought her in to finish. I would THINK she has to be close, but every day she shoots out more and more white pistils on top, while the bottom seems to be finishing. The trichs on the bottom of the plant are clearly turning amber and the pistils are turning a beautiful orange, but on top, she just wants to grow and grow and grow. I just have a few questions...

1.) In your opinion(s) do you think I should just let this go, or start chopping off buds that are done?
2.) How much longer do you think she could possibly go? (2 weeks tops??)
3.) Does anyone have any estimations of dry weight?

I really appreciate any advice, constructive criticism, etc. This is our first grow, and she is like a tree lol (we got lucky!).
Image number that ends in 21 shows a bottom bud which has amber trichs and orange pistils. If anyone needs to see more pictures or needs more info, please ask. This was a very basic grow in cheap soil. We have her finishing under 2700k cfls, there are more than what is shown, but I moved all the lights to take the pictures. Thanks in advance!

Oh, I also forgot to mention, that in the mid section of the plant, I found a small pollen sac, I plucked it off, so I assume she is turning hermie...., which is why I'm wondering if we should harvest now, or if it is ok to wait. One calyx has a seed (her calyxes literally explode when they contain a seed, so it is easy to spot which have seeds and which don't. I am sure there are some seeds that I've missed, but since plucking off her male counterparts I have not seen any new 'male' growth). Again - thank you!

1.) In your opinion(s) do you think I should just let this go, or start chopping off buds that are done? it's your choice if you want to harvest, if it is ready then do it starting at the top and then lower the light to finish the smaller buds. Most of the hairs are still white so you might have 3 more weeks
2.) How much longer do you think she could possibly go? (2 weeks tops??)what color are the trichomes?
3.) Does anyone have any estimations of dry weight? no one can give an estimate of dry weight, sorry. A guesstimate would be roughly depending on height and fluffiness of buds about an ounce, maybe a little more

Thanks for the input grygost. Currently the trichs are milky on top and amber/milky on the lower buds. I think I'll let her go at least a few more weeks unless I notice a lot of seed developing.
