Legality of shipping clones?

I hopefully will receive my mmj license soon from Massachusetts. I am wondering If I can LEGALLY make a purchase of a clone from a Colorado or California dispensary and have it sent to me? Anyone know the laws on this subject?

it is illegal to ship clones, but on the other hand my, ummm friend has recived clones in the mail by usps with no issues

It's illegal to receive cannabis in the mail; you can't use federal systems to transport contraband; you can't travel through non-medical and non-reciprocity-friendly states with cannabis. You might be able to get away with all of them. But they're all illegal.

i dont know how careful fed ex is with there packages all i can think of is jim carey in ace ventura kickin that pack down the hall bouncin it all the way to the door., you open your pack and its a big heap a shit seems like a waste of cash bra. id stick with shipping seeds get apack of some good beans grow out a keeper and take your own clones.

Any germinated form of any plant is illegal to ship across state borders without the right documentation and permits.

what part of MA are you in? drive to a RI dispencerary they accept out of state cards and some do selll clones depending on where in the state you are coming from its not more than a hour or so trip

yeah...Its only a rec. I keep forgetting. I only have a recommendation which DOES serve as a card. Yes. I meant card because I was also given a id card that has my info on it.
