Say you own you're own double wide, you bought it for around 40k.. could you grow in it? I mean since it's you're property and you can do whatever you want on it? or what's the law around that.

Assuming you are in a legal state, you would need to check into your state law regarding growing. If you are not in a legal state, doesn't matter if you are in a trailer home or a million dollar mansion, you are illegal. Not sure you are ready to tackle it in any case.

Yes. But only if you bury it first and the cops don't know about it.

I would suggest a train/boxcar. They hold up a lot better when the dirt gets loaded on top.

Just declare yourself and your property a sovereign nation.
Then you can do what ever you want because you are the king.
Until the police show up.

I remember years ago someone buried truck trailers to grow in. As soon as it snowed, a perfect square melted around the trailers and the Helios saw it and the guy got busted. Now that's really thinking ahead- Duh!

If your question is regarding the legality of growing if your manufactured home is in a park you could check with the manager if your legal. Or if your not legal just keep your mouth shut and your plants inside. In thinking about it even if you are legal I wouldn't bring upthe issue to the pqark manager. I live in a double wide manufactured home in a park and I'm a legal grower but I haven't nor doI intend to say anything to the management. Unlike an apartment the manager has no right to enter your home.

i was thinking the same thing.. i know in a lot of trailer parks, you might own the trailer out right, but you still lease the land that the trailer sits on, therefore, technically, it's not your land to do as you please on..
i'd also skip asking the land owner, and keep my mouth shut and invest in some good odor control.. :D

what state are you in? in michigan you could no problem as long as your approved medically and follow the rules. do a google search for your state and the laws. like in mi it's thru lara or licensing and regulatory affairs. the .gov site has everything about the law pretty much. otherwise you might have to ask a lawyer, public safety, or your county prosecutor. i prefer just looking up the stuff myself and not ask anyone. that way they dont know unless they find it.

i have a friend that grows small scale in his trailer and never had any problems. he owns the trailer but rents the land. he also never asked for permission though LOL. come to find out over time about 1/4 of the trailer court minus the older people grow. i know if your renting an apartment it's up to your landlord. this is how it works in mi from my experience. you can even grow at another persons place as long as it's locked and no one has access except the caregiver/patient(s).

For all of you freaking out about it being illegal, i live in Colorado where not only is weed legal if you're 21+ and have a red card. I have my red card and am all good on that. I wouldn't tell the landlord at the trailor park i would simply grow on the down low. Carbon filter is the way to go haha. I just wanted to save up money to buy my own mobile home and double wide. i don't make much income and that would be more ideal then saving up for a house. That's why i was asking =]. thanks for you're help guys!
