LEDs?

Is adding blue LEDs during vegetative stage and red during flowering an affective way of supplementing light? has anyone used LEDs before and if so how was your experience with them

I believe you have your colors correct. You'll just want to make sure the LED's you select put out ample light. I think LED's are rated on something called LUX or LUXORS instead of lumens. It really is an entirely different ball game all together.
