You Stated That You Never Ran These Panels So Why Are You Calling Them Crap??????? In Another Thread You Stated That You Never Grown With An Led????
I've run blurple UFO panels and the old CAP Xtreme LED 'solar flare'. Both of these ran low wattage blurple chips and were a disappointment in every way. Scaling up garbage tech doesn't make it any better. Maybe your panels are different? If you'll read the comment above carefully, I'm saying the guy who ran those white AT panels said they sucked for bloom.

I've yet to grow with COB LED- but that will change shortly. The new chips are stunningly better than the old shit, enough so that I overcame my anti-LED bias and plunked down real money to have some built to my specifications.

Where Does It Mention Apache Tech (AT) In This Thread. No The Area-51 XGS Doesn't Suck Nor Does My Bridgelux 5000K Aquarium Panel Suck In Bloom. If You Like I Can Post Pics Of Both At Lights On.. And This Is What The Op Said (Not sure about that. They have a bloom mode which pulls 155watts. They use cree chips. I don't know much about leds but were told these were good leds in my research. I bloomed with them in a 4x4 tent. I got a decent product but wasn't to impressed than again I'm used to 1000w hps so it hard to compare)

Oh And To Show I'm A Led Lover Of All Leds And Not Particle To Panels Or Area-51. Here's Johnny

I was careful to be clear that I was quoting someone else's opinion about them.

The only LED lighting I believe in for the purposes of horticulture are the new high powered (but very dimmable) COB LED chips.

I have 4 old area 51 leds 2 xgs190 and 2 rw150s. Much better spectrum then Hps and they are still better then most led lights except for cobs. They are much better then any burple light all day. Running them in my 4x4 ills show results come harvest and you can decide if they are junk or not.
