:leaf:I ordered 2 90w led UFO grow lights? Has any one ever grown with UFO led lights? I would love some input. Post led grow pics also!

I've got one baby under a 90w sunshine systems UFO. Can't say I'm really thrilled with my bud development, seems a bit fluffy to me. I think you can get good quality, but I'm not sure about the quantity. It's my first grow so I don't really have anything to compare it to.

Is that tent the growlab gl 60? I'm going to get a growlab gl40 and ima try to get 2 UFO in there. And I think it looks pretty good. I grow with cfls so I think led s going to be a big jump in my harvest. Well I do use like 8 23w cfl ("100w") on smaller plants. I hope I see a big change. Thanks for the pic post. Love looking at led grows.
 
It's a secret jardin DR60. I should have gone for a DR80 because I have a tall pot and the fan/filter take up alot of head room so I don't have enough vertical space.
 
The LED grow looks great! I have some of the UFO type models and I would say they are great for a few plants but nothing more than about 1-2 per unit. Keep 'em, I keep them close to my plants and use a scrog, good luck! :peace:
 
New plans. Ima get a growlab gl60. 2 feet wide x 2feet deep x 5,3 tall and I'm going to do 2 UFO 90w LEDs over the head of the plants and get 2 to maybe 3 single t5 and stick them to the side of the tent. I think cfl "side lights" are a good idea. I also only will be having 3 in the at a time just to follow state laws.
I will keep updated.
 
hers my last 90w ufo grow, i got two plants done, although i did have 2 21w cfls on them aswell. in the end i got a roses tin full of bud, i was very happy with the yield in the end.

i did have three plants going in the begining but one just stopped growing for some reason and only went 4 weeks into flower.
personally i think led growing is great and if used along with cfls can produce great results. as stated though one 90w to 1-2 plants.

How tall are those plants
 
I started using 2 90 w UFOs in my grow with a blackstar 240w over head for veg. I used the UFOs through the first 2 weeks of flower but saw a massive difference in bud size under the blackstar vs the UFOs, so I sold the UFOs to my buddy and will be replacing them with blackstars! Make sure you get the 3w units, it really makes a lot of difference.
