led ufo grow box dimensions

just wondering if any one can tell me how far i need to keep the ufo from the plants, how much area the light can cover from that distance and still be effective, and should i use the led ufo for flowing or would i be better off with some t5 flrouros???

i want to start a SOG set up.

I researched these lights quite a bit. I think I found that these are considered good for 4 sq ft, 2' x 2' for good veg growth.

I would still use it during flower and add the T5s and maybe even a couple CFLs to supplement it.

You'll probably have to make a judgement based on getting the right footprint for your system. Try to keep it as close as you can, but still cover all of the plants.

yeah, what i need to figure out is how close can i keep it and still be covering all the plants.
i want to make a bloom box 3'x5'x3.5'tall, and hopefully do a sog with 40 plants, 6'' pots, 4 stages, 10 plants each stage. do you think this is possible?? if so, what is my best choice for lighting, led ufo, panel, flood, t5, or cfl.

i was thinking go with a ufo or maybe 2 or 3. but now i'm thinking maybe the led flood lights and the cfl's are the best route.
any help will be greatly appreciated.
