Led seems to burn my leaves up. Mayday...

First grow, first post. I'd appreciate any insight. Some parameters:
2x4 tent
3g pots
Fox farm happy frog soil
40 days from tap rooted seed in soil
78 degrees, 50% rh
Intake fan pulling fresh air
Fan blowing
2 - Bloomspect full spectrum led with ir (600w, actual 138 watts)
1 - Bloomspect 600w with secondary lens. ( 600w, 263 actual watts)
CBD Blueberry from growers choice
Skunk kush from growers choice.

I've been happy with the grow up until recent days. I removed them from 4 t12 6800k lights and put them under my leds. I'm running the leds approximately 32-36 inches away. These stinkers are starting to burn up! I kept thinking I'd need more light but after what I'm seeing I'm confused.
I was only using my full spectrum leds and ONLY veg switch on my middle unit with secondary lens.
Any suggestions or thoughts would be appreciated. Thank you.

Why do you have so much light on such tiny plants? If nothing else its wasteful. Wait until they reach a larger size before you use all those lights.

Water more often maybe or is the fan directly on them - stoned and guessing but other than ferts i dont see what else it could be :-)

Thanks I appreciate the input. To be quite honest I kinda thought I needed more light since these are not high end units and was only using approximately 300 watts. Definitely new at this. I agree with you.
The main issue with cheap lights is not that you need more of them, its that they usually
Produce far more heat, use more power per watt and dont last as long

Understood. I went with reviews and a 2 year warranty. Heat wise they are fantastic. Tent doesn't get hot either. I truly love the lights. Again, very first grow. Right now it sounds like I was blasting them with WAY to much light. I do appreciate the input. Thank you.

500 odd watt of blurple at that distance is a problem.... Pretty sure i could hack that amount of light, how high would you have to put a next gen led - 3 meters... assuming that blurpo is bleaching at that distance :-)

My 600W of blurples much closer with no bleaching in flower at about 16 inches, in veg early veg I used one until about 4 weeks in then added the second, hung them 18 inches above the canopy.

Ahhh..I see. Yeah I'm very new and definitely have a lot to learn. That being said, although my lights are not $1000.00 rigs I'm rather impressed by them. Just not when I turn all of them on and burn them up. :)

I'd just turn the side ones off for now and lower the center one a little bit to increase intensity of that one light then in flower or late veg pop the other two on, though it still may be too much and you might find you only need two of them , with that much light I'd also hang them all flat otherwise you're going to have a very intense light at the center and the edges wont be as even.

Thanks. That's exactly the type of input I was looking for. I appreciate the help. I will definitely make those changes.
