LED Power Supply Assistance, please help!

Hello, everyone. I seem to be in a pickle...

I recently purchased a 90w UFO led, and half of the LED's are out after a month of use. I did a bit of tinkering and I've narrowed it down to the LED Power Supply. There are two of them, one powering each side.

The problem is, I'm having a ton of trouble finding a suitable replacement part. I've googled high and low for them, but that's failed me. Now I turn to you guys.

Please help. If it's bare-wire, I feel comfortable enough taking the connectors off of the burned out power supply and attaching them to the new one. I just can't for the life of me find a replacement part similar to this.

That's not a very helpful sticker, is it? There's no DC voltage output listed. Does the white psu power the fans? Kinda looks like it from the first pic. If you're sure the two black units each power one half of the lights, my best guess is to test the voltage across the leads on the good side while it's under power and under load. Power it up, switch your multimeter to DC volts, and take a reading across the DC input and output. Not the AC power coming into the psu! The DC power going out to the LED's from the psu. From the looks of that first picture, it'd be easy to probe the AC in rather than the DC out.

That'll at least give you an idea of the DC voltage required. I'm pretty sure you want to test it under load because the no-load DC output will be different. Tell you what; test under load, then test again disconnected from the LED's and post back with both numbers. Somebody with better electrical skills than me oughta be able to help.
