Led light set up to upset blurple hatersp

So am going to up grade my lights
I have a 120cm by 80cm tent
Here is what I got at the moment
Metzi 450w vipar 450w
Now I'd like to upgrade to better leds
But at the moment can't afford the full system so here is my solution temporary anyway.
I buy this kit I would need 2 to fit space but if I put my blurples in the gaps I'd be sorted till full upgrade .What do u think?

That's not a good use of those strips man.

Throw 3 on a 320W driver and run them balls to the walls.
Efficiency is nice and all, but photons produce yield.

Those strips are about $50 and a driver about $80.
You can build your own stuff that will beat that kit in yield, If I could order the shit to Africa you can get it to Europe.

What? 2x 200w lights sized 60cm x 60cm will cover a 120 x 80cm area perfectly.... 3 strips on a 320w lol. Way over the max current, terrible efficiency and spread.

You can't build that light cheaper than we sell it in the uk. Check the uk prices for strips, £25 each. drivers are £48 That's £123 without all the metal work,wiring,project box and shipping.

Damn, I should have photographed it was pretty close for a low yielding strain. You can only see one cola from the girl behind the one in front.

I didn't say your setup was wrong, you told my customer he should have over driven 3 strips in his 1.2 x 80cm area. So I questioned it as it's a terrible way to use strips... The idea is equal spread at lower intensities to be able to get them close.

less the 2 umol/J at that current by the way.

I make 10-15 lights a week and never get complaints so I'll keep doing what I'm doing and you crack on giving bad advise.
 
These strips are not overdriven, they can take in excess of 100W. Mine have been running for months.
 
Im not sure what point you are trying to make here. I see this a lot on here. People but into a thread and tell everybody else how they are doing it wrong then show a couple small plants to try prove there point.

@Gavg dispatched today mate ill update the tracking. Sorry about this guy, there's always one on here.
