Please cite your source for that "fact", because last I checked our eyes are not like cameras in which individual frames are captured, and then replayed back sequentially at a high enough frame rate that they appear to be moving. This effect is called beta movement. Our eyes are not cameras however. Instead, they track onto objects and receive a continuous flow of photons onto the retina, sending information via a chemical reaction to the brain.

There is no LED power cycling when using a DC constant current driver, which is what's used in most modern fixtures. We aren't using PWM dimmers here buddy.

No unfortunately I didn't do one but im considering I will since so many bash the light being used and focus too much on there opinions rather than results and these are 5 gallon pots

Just cut into the main wire in your garage and make a sub panel.. then you get billed by how much beer you drink
